This place was awesome the management and staff were there for any thing you needed. It was close to all kinds of things. May plan a trip back just to relas and enjoy my self. would highly recommend it to everyone.
The girl at the front desk was great. Very nice.
Hotel room was extremely hot. The a/c kept shutting down. I had terrible asthma. Someone came to check the room but when asked to return and fix no one came. When asked to speak to a manager, there wasn't one at the time. Pretty sure we won't stay here again, I was melting and stuffy at night. And the rooms smelt like moisture and stale air.
Overall the Hotel was very good, providing good value and comfort. The Hotel is located on a busy thoroughfare but traffic noice could not be heard. Many shops on this road so food shopping and eating is easy. The location is within striking distance of Montreal, but we chose to Park and Ride the metro downtown, a 30 minute metro journey. Can$3, free parking. The building is a little dated, a two level low raise affair. Originally a u shaped building the central courtyard has been covered and now houses a large restaurant and a bakery. This meant our window overlooked an internal area, but that was not a problem for us. If you want a room with fresh air I would think you would have to arrange that. Reception were very helpful, providing me with a kettle, which seemed to be a rare request.
The service at breakfast was very very slow.
